Hello! My name is Kawiesh and I don't know if I'm comfortable enough to disclose anything else about myself. JK (not really). I'd describe myself as an introvert who is nostalgic 24/7. My hobbies change from time to time. As I got older, they switched from physical activities to digital activities such as basic photo/video editing, basic web development (see background section), and watching TV Shows & Movies! The last one lasted the longest and seems permanent lol. Genres I like include Panel Shows, Comedy, Fantasy, Horror, SciFi, Animation, Bollywood. I started learning some basic HTML, JavaScript, and CSS around late 2019/early 2020. It all started with my fascination around bookmarklets. I had often seen websites offering bookmarklets for quick tasks. One day I decided to use one and this led me to discover JavaScript. After I got a basic understanding of plain JavaScript, I got into HTML and CSS. I tried to take online classes, but unfortunately did not have the willpower to continue. So I just kept learning via trial & error and would Google constantly instead of following a structured tutorial. W3Schools and Stack Overflow helped me a lot! I regularly dabbled into basic HTML, JavaScript, and CSS until mid 2023, after which I neglected my already poor skills. I haven't picked it up since and am wondering if it's even worth it, as nowadays you can use AI to generate pages without the need for manual coding. Nevertheless, there was some satisfaction in creating little projects from scratch. Unfortunately, I do often tend to give up on goals lol. So yeah... this is a little backstory of what resulted in this very site.
I keep my main Facebook account deactivated and only use a burner one for memes and news. I do use Twitter regularly. I haven't touched Instagram since 2013, and I've never had a TikTok account. I watch YouTube constantly but rarely post. For messaging, I use Telegram daily and WhatsApp as well, but you didn't expect me to share my number here now, did you? As for LinkedIn, I don't feel I've accomplished anything noteworthy in my life to have a profile there, though I made one over a decade ago and remain inactive on it.
